Troika

Troika, << TROY kuh, >> is a Russian word that means a group of three. A light, Russian sleigh that is pulled by three horses is called a troika. The term troika was applied to a 1960 plan by the Soviet Union to have the United Nations headed by three secretaries-general instead of one.
