Tory Island

Tory Island lies 82/3 miles (14 kilometers) off the coast of County Donegal, Ireland. Interesting features include an ancient fort, the remains of a monastery founded by Saint Columba (also known as Saint Colmcille) in the 500’s, and the ruins of a round tower. About 140 people live on the island.
