Dill

Dill is a plant used to increase the flavor of pickles and other foods, including fish, sour cream, and vinegar. Dill is often grown for its seeds, which have a strong, bitter taste. Its small green leaves are called dill weed. A flavoring oil is also distilled from the plant.
